Your tasks
- Incorporation and organization of societies
- Articles of Amendment
- Mergers
- Amalgamations
- Dissolutions
- Miscellaneous share transactions
- Reorganization
- Due diligence
- Occasionally, preparation of annual resolutions, dividends and other annual bookkeeping
Your ASSETS
- You have a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in Paralegal Technology
- You have at least 5 years of experience
- You have a solid knowledge of the Office suite, especially Word and Outlook
- You have a great capacity for organization and excellent priority management
- You are meticulous and highly detail-oriented
- You enjoy working in a team and excel with customer service
