- Founded in 2004.
- Several corporate reorganization mandates.
- Expansion and relocation of offices in 2014.
- Working in close collaboration with several notary firms,
accountants, lawyers and tax specialists. - Work in close collaboration with several notary firms, accountants, lawyers and tax specialists.
- Obtained an outsourcing service contract for annual maintenance and due diligence for major national law firms and Montreal based boutique firms.
- More than 2,000 minute books safely stored on our premises.
- To better meet the needs of our growing clientele and facilitate our growth, we expanded to our new premises located at 504 Notre-Dame in Repentigny, Quebec in April 2018.
- We offer a safe, fire-resistant storage room that can accommodate more than 4,000 minute books.
- We have an experienced team of paralegals and legal assistants to serve you.
